Webmaster Tools Crawl Error

Hi,

I got a DNS 404 crawl error on my new site . The error destination url is http://formulaforpeace.com/park.js%22%3E and the linked from url is
http://www.formulaforpeace.com/defaultsite. It appears to be coming from 1and1 hosting but I am not sure how to correct. Any ideas?
