Data Entry, Searching, and Viewing Plugin Recommendation

I am searching for a plugin (or plugins) that will accomplish the following:

A job candidate enters their qualifications and contact information into a form. The job candidate (or an admin) can edit their own information.

A person who is looking for candidates for a specific job can search through the information from all job candidates to find the ones that fit their requirements.

I know there are some Job Management plugins available but they only seem to do one of these tasks.
