Security Key Required?

    If you turn on ‘secure mode’ in Intercom then you will need to enter a key, but if you don’t enable it then it should work fine without one.

    Hmmmm, still doesn’t seem to be collecting data

    I’ve just taken a look at Intercom and it looks as though they have now made secure mode mandatory.

    You will need to go to “Enable secure mode” in Intercom and copy and paste your Intercom secret key into the “Security Key” field on the settings page.

    I will update the plugin in the next couple of days to make it clear that secure mode is no longer optional.

    I’ve just released version 0.6 which now makes ‘secure mode’ compulsory.
