Maybe I missed it, but I read through that page and didn’t see how to change the order the links are on my website, or is that what they mean by “formatting links.” If it is, then that’s not good for me because it deals with editting the HTML code, which I’m not good with. I wish you could just do it in your links manager.
You should check;
Links -> Link Categories -> “Edit” whichever Category You want
In that page, you will have “Sort Order”. You have 7 option. If you have only one category, you may copy & paste this:
http://yourdomain/wp-admin/link-categories.php?cat_id=1&action=Edit
