• I can’t manual local backup because a time error occured and write this message
    “The activity cannot proceed any further due to an unknown problem. Please visit the Help & Support section for information on where to find help.”

    I CAN’T exclude wp-content/backup directory. I try this because my blog is 45MB and the last local backup is 451MB.

    please help me

    Hi tezzuya,

    The plugin should automatically skip wp-content/backups. Does it not do this?
    Please can you post event log for the failed backup, and also, if you can, tell me what the last message was on the progress bar before it failed?

    The message during backup:

    A timeout occurred (large files and slow servers are a common cause of this); trying again…

    The message at the end:
    The activity cannot proceed any further due to an unknown problem. Please visit the Help & Support section for information on where to find help.

    and i see this during backup:
    Backed up file /preview/wp-content/backups/WPOnlineBackup_21-07-2013_21-14-31_2_33bc7a6a97d4b7be009dfa234305a4b98b680b29.zip.enc.
