• After initially setting up a subscription form, I changed some of the data in my Mailchimp account, notably regarding the groups I invite users to sign up for. The form will not update, even if I delete the plugin and reinstall and replace the API key . How to I purge the old data and start over again?

    Thanks for posting. A clean reinstall should do the trick, though the easiest way to update is to go to your WordPress Plugin’s Settings and clicking the “Update List” button. This should sync what’s currently setup in your MailChimp account with your plugin.

    It’s definitely a bit odd that you’re seeing that a fresh reinstall and even replacing the API key is still showing an older version of your form. Would you be able to post a link to your site with the form? This should allow me to try and replicate the issue on my end by connecting your account to my local environment.

    In the mean time, feel free to give the “update list” button a try to see if it resolves the issue.
