Custom Header missing

    I bought a pre-made wordpress theme.
    Parent theme – twentytwelve
    I uploaded a custom header through Appearance > Header > Choose Image > Upload > Save Changes. Checked my site and my header never showed. The text that was there is gone too. The header section is completely missing. I wanted to delete it but there’s no option to delete it and the image is no where to be found. I even looked on cyberduck and it’s not there.

    Try the checkbox to display text under Appearance > Header

    The header section is completely missing. I wanted to delete it but there’s no option to delete it and the image is no where to be found. I even looked on cyberduck and it’s not there.

    Can you upload image to your WP in post/page at all ? If not, then it’s something wrong with WP installation. Or might be a server issue.

    Try switching to default original Twentytwelve with all plugin deactivated, and see if you can get the header to appear.
