To change the text “read more” in Slider please open Apperance -> Editor in the Dashboard.
Secondly, choose file “slider.php”.
Thirdly, find code:
$btn_txt = __( 'Read more', 'duena' );
You may change the text ‘Read more’ here.

Hi, I changed it, but it displays still “Read more” instead of “weiterlesen”.

Maybe a problem of mother theme / child theme?
Excuse me, I misunderstood you at first.
We have option in Theme Options for that text – “Slide caption button text”.
Please open Apperance -> Theme Options -> Slider (content).
If option “Show/Hide slide caption” set to “show”, you may see group of options for caption. One of them is “Slide caption button text”. Please change the text there.

You need to replace ‘No comments’, ‘comment’, ‘comments’, ‘Comments are closed’ with your text.
Also you may replace text ‘Permalink’.
