Plugin to Open / Setup Market Place

Hi There,
I am looking for a plugin where I can start my own marketplace type of website.

Where people can come sell their items directly from front end (of course with registration).

Features:
– Buyers can buy and pay using PayPal / payment gateway.
– Payment will be submitted to us, then we’ll keep our share and transfer rest of seller.
– Mostly we are planning to sell electronic items.
– Auction and BuyitNow Options (Similar site like eBay)
