hey, lloks great at first sight! I am looking fr the same… but what made me originally search, is the wish/neccesity to search for categoryies and tag combinations within search…
… so any plugin doing this will be highly revered by me!

Hey Lester (GamerZ) – Im a big fan of your work, you have done some great plugins for WP! Did anyone contact you regarding the development of your advanced search, it looks great!!
This seems like such an obvious plug-in I’m suprised that I have not come across much that is any good so far as ‘advanced searches’ go – adding keywords to posts is not really an option for most clients.
I came across this – http://vapourtrails.ca/wp-plugins but I like the look of yours better!!
Anyone wanna take this project up – I wish I know more php!

Regarding the contutto.com Advanced Search plugin (http://www.zirona.com/software/wordpress-advanced-search/) – it definitely seems to be what I need, but I was wondering if anyone’s had any troubles getting it to display categories?
