Email Notification Settings not persistant

The plugin does not act on the customise logic in the Email Notification settings menu.
I have attempted to check the ‘Custom User Email Notification’ & ‘Custom Admin Email Notification’ checkboxes. I have also entered custom email text in the associated free text boxes & checked the ‘Send As HTML’ checkboxes.
However I noted that the User still receives the default ‘Your account has now been activated by an administrator’ message.
Whilst the Admin receives the text of the custom ‘New User Registration’ message but in plain text. the User also gets the custom Pending Approval message which is also plain text.
In conclusion: All messages should have been custom & HTML.
