• Hello,
i’ve tried to install this plugin in about 3 websites of mine. Each time i do so, after a few minutes it shuts down the website locally (meaning, with another IP i can still see the website). I would LOVE to use this plugin as it seems like the best one for my needs… but i have no idea how to prevent it from shutting down my website in a specific IP…

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

the support forum on wordpress.org is only for the free version of the plugin. For support of the pro version please visit the helpdesk on http://mapsmarker.com/helpdesk next time.

regarding your question: a free 30 day trial is only valid for 1 domain and tied to an email – registering a second trial for the same domain will result in automatic suspension of the second trial license key. If you want to use the plugin on more domains, you need a license pack with a key that supports the number of domains you need – see http://www.mapsmarker.com/order for details.

Thank you for the quick response, Robert.

I tried the free version, downloaded it from WP’s official website. I’m sorry but i missed anything concerning a 30-day trial (or is it for the pro version?).
Anyway i haven’t even got to a point where i can “play” with the plugin since right after i activated it, my whole website got shut down… that’s why i tried this version in 2 other websites. Even after deactivating all other plugins it happened.

Thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding,
    Maya.

    Hi Maya,
sorry – thought you were talking about the pro version (which can be tested 30 days for free – you just have to install this separate plugin via the upgrader in the free version).
Regarding your issue: please follow the steps from mapsmarker.com/readme-first first which give you a guideline on how to deal with all kind of issues.
    best,
    Robert

OK i see, i took a look at the faq and guideline pages and didn’t find a similar issue, but i will take a closer look and read them again maybe i missed something.

    Thanks again.
