In what way would you like it to integrate?
Membership mainly restricts access to posts/pages, you can also restrict access to URL groups so it should integrate find if you just want to restrict access to non members.

all is not goood…The checkout page on PayPal express is not updated you are still using the old classic look… check here for more info.. http://www.mattcollins.net/2010/08/new-paypal-checkout-page
