Hi! I am having a hard time adding a background image in my blog. The custom theme options allow for a change in the background color, but I’ll have to dive into the style.css to change the background color to a tiled background image. I read this:

    http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_background.asp

It seemed simple, but I was not able to see a change. I’m not sure what the problem is. Can someone tell me exactly where I need to edit the style.css and what the code should look like? I really appreciate your help. Thanks! 🙂

Why do you have to do this?

Well, do you have a better suggestion? I did edit the style.css and now I have the background image, but I can’t get it to not scroll along with the center column of text. Any suggestions for getting the background image to stay put instead of scrolling with the rest of the page? Thanks! 🙂

Your theme has its own forums: http://themeforum.elmastudio.de/ – Try there.

I have. This isn’t exactly theme specific, though. I thought someone might be able to help here. Thanks.

Well, I figured it out. Hopefully, I will be able to help someone else out with this in the future. 🙂
