You may not be aware of this, but that theme is not consistent with WP policy and philosophy or GPL licensing requirements.
Non-GPL themes aren’t supported here at all.

i am not finding a simlar theme as of me as i want two menus one for pages and other for my categories as well as i want tht latest post off my blog at home page with few lines only and then read more option as well as i need bood advertisements space means sidebar too…plz suggest me gud theme having these features!
