Redirect Hack Need Help

    Hey everyone, I have currently run into a problem and was notified by SiteLock that there is a current Redirect hack on my site “www.sigmachirutgers.com”. The site which is the “hack” or whatever is : http://rpksft.compress.to/. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about getting rid of this? SiteLock is currently asking me for the ridiculous amount of $200 to fix it.
