    What do you guys think of my homepage design? layout, colors, organization, etc

    It’s just got a bunch of random BS on there right from me experimenting.. I had never touched a single line of code or done any website design until 2 weeks ago.. been spending 6-8 hours a day learning all i can.. any tips greatly appreciated

    Hi Jakeeck, what is the goal of your homepage? Let us know so we can use it as a criterion to check how well your homepage reaches that goal.

    It will be a site in which I and other people will write articles on life advice or “man advice” specifically. Could be a general “how to do this” to dating advice etc..

    I haven’t decided how I will decide which articles will be featured in the slider or anything yet, and I’m trying to figure out what else I can put on the side under the “news” part.

    I want it to be appealing on the eye and easy to navigate

    You see how you’ve got the sidebar links with an underline? That underline should be carried through to all links in the main section, as it is not apparent which are and aren’t links without interacting with them.
