    Hey guys

I’ve just got this working on my custom site but as soon as I use bootstrap i lose the edit button as i use bootstrap as full width.

I understand the older versions of front-end editor allowed you to double click to edit text, that would be perfect, if not then how do i move the button so that it appears next to the cursor or something?

    Thanks

To clarify, is this what you are using? http://320press.com/wpbs/

Does the edit button disappear completely or move to somewhere else on the page?

I found a note in the README file saying the double-click action was replaced with an ‘Edit’ overlay in version 2.0, but I’m not sure how to turn that back on since a lot of changes have been made since then.

Found more info on why the double-click action was changed at http://scribu.net/wordpress/front-end-editor/fee-2-0.html

In previous versions, you entered editing mode by double-clicking on the element. This required all sorts of hacks to make single-clicking on the same element to work.

In the new version, there’s a slick overlay with an edit button that you only have to click once.
