    I’m also not seeing the player load on an iPhone in Safari (even though I have html5 support enabled).

    Hi streetographer

    First confirm that you are using version 1.0.11 of the plugin?
    If not then update it, should fix your problems.

    If you are using that version please disable the other plugins one by one so we can find out which one is causing a conflict.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I too am having this problem – on iPhone and iPad the player is cut in half, only displaying the top of the controls.

    I am running v 1.0.11, and have disabled all plugins as suggested with the same result.

    All ideas welcome.

    many thanks

    ADD on css file:
    .codeart-google-mp3-player div.controls{

    height: 20px !important;}

    And it works! 😀

    Amazing – thanks so much Carola !

    @carolaword Not so familiar with adding css. Where did you add this? I have the player in a per page widget. http://suitenyc.com/?page_id=15

    So hoping I can make this work!!

    I edited the plugin’s .css file just adding this line:
    height: 20px !important;
    to .codeart-google-mp3-player div.controls{ }

    Maybe you can edit your theme file wp-content/themes/weaver-ii-pro/style.css adding it this the bottom of it:
    .codeart-google-mp3-player div.controls{ height: 20px !important;}

    Hope this works for you

    @carolaword Thanks so much for responding. Sadly, it did not work for me.

    @codeart: I hoped that your last update fixed the issue, but so far I’m still just have half a player on iPad. Any plans for a new fix? Are other people still having this issue? It’s now working on my droid, which is great!

    Sadly it’s not working for me either. Unfortunately I cannot disable other plugins because this is a live (production) site.

    @katsanpri I’m checking your site on android and iMac and it looks good.

    Maybe it’s just for iphone and Ipad, I don’t have one with me now, but maybe if you try to set the height higher?
    I have it set like this (attached)

    Sadly it worked for awhile and not anymore

    I wonder if a theme’s responsive over-ride is causing this problem. Could the developers please advise ?

    same issue, the player is clipped at the bottom and increasing height doesn’t help at all.

    please help…

    @memphis73 thats most likely the problem, some of the theme’s css overriding the plugins css.

    On all the themes we tested it works ok on ipad and iphone.

    @streetographer provide link to your site, and when you say not working, i assume you mean you have the same issue as everyone else here only on iPad/iPhone?

    @akhilz provide link to your site please

    Thanks

    The clipping is on all platforms (ipad/iphone and web)
