Header not changing

    Using Minimatica theme.

    I go into appearance
    Header
    Upload my new .jpeg header that is already cropped to the 940pxx100px size
    It up loads and show there.
    Press save changes and the little “Header has been changed” pops up “click here ti view” Click it still the same old header.

    Whats going on? tried uploading it many times just wont change over
