Did you set the standard Name field to Not Available?

That is why. You set the Name field to Not Available. The email send function does not know their name so it substitutes WordPress.
You can fix it by re-enable the Standard Name field, delete the extra field “Company / Person”, then if you like you can rename the label for “Name” field in the label settings.

On the form edit page, all field labels can be renamed by filling in a replacement.

That should have fixed it. Maybe your site is using a cache, try it later.
I cleared cache and retried. It looks to be working now. Thanks for your help.
