Images Wont load

    I realize this sounds incredibly silly, but none of my images will load. I developed a basic HTML/CSS site for a client and then followed a simple tut to hack it into a header.php, sidebar.php, index.php, sidebar-right.php, and footer.php.

    When the site was just index.html it found my images just fine, but when I installed wordpress, created the php files, and uploaded them to a folder under themes in the wordpress directory, the only things that display are text and background colors. Is there a different way you need to call images?

    I know the site “sees” that there are images there because I’m getting those lovely image boxes with ‘?’ in them.

    I took a look and see the images are where I would expect to find theme.

    I looked at your themes css file and found one minor error in there:

    Oops!

    It appears the theme has some coding errors. Did you pay Think Communications, Inc. to create this theme for you, or download it from somewhere?

    Do you have a budget to hire a coder to fix your theme? Maybe you want to try another theme?

    I work for them and this is my first custom template so the mistakes are my own. That’s why I”m here, but I want to get my images loaded so I can see where I am then take it a bit at a time. I’m learning as I go. 🙂

    I designed the page in PSD then coded it into HTML/CSS because I was told that it is easier to create a wordpress template with a fully developed site. So from there I followed a video tut to splice it, but when I did that the images broke.

    Are you saying the images loaded for you?

    No, images did not load for me. I looked at your code then experimented to see if the images were where they were supposed to be, and found most of them there.
