  • Is there any further information on this problem – one of my clients sites has this problem too… all Plugins have been deactivated.
I logged in with ftp to check the wp-content/plugin folder and instead, there is a wp-content/plugins.bac folder – what is this?
All plugins seem to be in there, but as I’m not sure what this is, or how it was created, I don’t know if they will be usable? Any suggestions for what to do next?
Can I rename the plugins.bac folder back to plugins and try running it?
As this is a LIVE client site – VERY reluctant to just try it and cross my fingers and hope!
    Please advise.
    Thanx.
