• Hi,

I am trying to customize the .widget-title

I placed a background image on it. However, I don’t want it to be behind the text, I want it to be on either side of the text (so there is just white behind the text).

I have searched and searched but can’t seem to find an answer!

    My site is http://www.totemag.com

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I am still looking for help. Is there anyone that can guide me in the right direction?

I’ve used firebug. I’ve searched other sites that accomplish what I want to. It looks like there is a widget headline directly on top of the widget title. But I don’t know how to add a widget headline or what the difference is.

Again, I have a background image for my widget title but I also have text. Basically, I want the text to have nothing behind it (just white) so the background image sits on either side of the text.

Any help is much appreciated, thank you!!!

Hey i posted a solution on this yesterday and now my post is gone from here that’s strange.
anyway you can use a span tag and insert it between headings and then gve that span a white background and you will accomplish what you intend to.
