Moved to new server

Hello. This weekend my host moved my site onto it’s own dedicated server and I’m having some issues. Of course with the new server, I have a new IP address and name servers so I changed the DNS settings on Friday. As of yesterday it was resolving to the new server, but I was having trouble pulling up some administration pages and I was unable to log out. I cleared my cookies and temporary files and since I’ve done that I can’t get into my control panel at all from my main workstation. If I go to another machine, I can log in and access it, but I’m still having trouble with some functions such as deleting and moderating comments. Any idea what the problem could be?
