  • In my experience usually you get better chances for help and useful answers at the support forum of the destination software – since “fanatic” users of a tool are more inclined to help you to migrate to their favourite than to help you to go away…

    Why? I can see if document storage and retrieval is an issue, but I don’t think even Sharepoint 2007 has comparable blogging capabilities. My problem is quite the opposite. I’m trying to get my organization to adopt WordPress for its internal communication, however, Sharepoint is pretty entrenched here. What I could use is a bridge between both. I’d love WordPress as the front-end communications management system but could see Sharepoint as the document storage system.
