Theme: Twenty Eleven – Plugin Help

    I have built 2 wordpress sites, usuing responsive theme so I’m familiar with wordpress. I offered to help somebody with one thing on her website – she wants a form.

    Simple enough. I want to download the ‘visual form builder’ but I can’t find the plugin option on the dashboard.

    In the responsive theme, ‘plugin’ is directly below ‘appearance’ on the dashboard. I can’t find plugin in the twenty eleven theme.
