Add link to background image?

Here’s my site.. http://bucketbreaks.com/ in the top right widget where it says travel destinations and has the blue plane icon is where I want to add the link..

I’ve searched around and people have been using I have to use HTML to add links.. how do i access the html files? all I know how to do is style.css

Help much appreciated 🙂
