Adding Photo Media

I am trying to add new photos to certain pages in my Word Press website however the uploader does not pop up once I click on the “add media” tab in the “Edit Page” section.

I have do not have any pop up blockers and i have used Safari, Chrome, and Firefox thinking maybe it was a browser issue. However to no avail the tab to add media to a particular page is still not functioning.

Can someone assist me on this issue
