there is no such code… or at least it’s not documented, because i don’T see it even in the css…
it needs a javascript that will “hide” what it not activated by the …more thing.
t’s a good enhance when you have a style that needs it, but other ways it’s a leak, because if you display a lot of long texts in a single page, you’ll see that the html is according… a load.
and remember that the CSS have to suite your need… be expandable.
(more…) is hardcoded in the \wp-includes\class-smarty.php file (line 179)
There’s also some logic for displaying more… content in the get_the_content() function (\wp-includes\template-functions.php).
Search in the files for the “more…” or “more” strings.
