Not receiving confirmation email

Please help, I have installed this successfully only I don’t get a confirmation email when I do a test subscribe. Therefore I have removed the widget from my sidebar as I don’t want people having unsuccessful attempts at this. Can you pretty please check this out for me – http://theapertureaspect.com

I have checked that both wordpress and site urls are matching
