access question?
-
I am going to move my WP from one host to another but on the new host want to put ALL of WP in a folder under the root such that once moved, to access the blog visitors will need to type http://www.somedomain.com/folder rather than what they type now which is http://www.somedoamin.com.
I have read thru this page
http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
my question is about the section called:
“Moving a Root install to its own directory“
Once I have done all the steps will the visitor enter http://www.somedomain.com OR http://www.somedoamin.com/folder to access the blog? I want to ensure they have to enter http://www.somedomain.com/folder but the instructions are unclear as we leave the Site Address (URL) as http://www.somedomain.com ??
Thanks Doug
