Embedding Avi files

    I wonder if anyone out there can help me, I want to embed some avi files in pages I’m creating on my website, which utilizes Worpress, but I don’t know how to go about doing it.

    If anyone knows how, please reply.

    I’m not sure how to either; i’ve had serious issues, and i can’t edit source code on a post (even in the little html dropdown box) without wordpress changing it back for me. 🙁 It seems like plugins might be the only way to go, though i have problems there too.
