Is it possible to make a theme update with classes for default drop down lists in widgets? Or you can suggest another approach to modify them with css?

You can target individual widget OR all widgets in the sidebar and give them your own styling. View source to get the class or id for selector.

Yes, I can edit main id, but I can not change bullet button and they have no class inside
