I am getting a “Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.”

    — I have followed all previous instruction that has been posted, but to no avail.

My “app domains” is “takanudo.com” and my “Website with Facebook Login” is “http://takanudo.com” — what am I doing wrong?

    Thank you.

The App domain and Website should be the URL of where the plugin is hosted. Basically, your website, not mine.

    Hi Takanudo,
I get the same error message as ilb1225 despite I use the the URL for my own WordPress website where I have installed the plugin.

I have, however, noticed that the App settings window in Facebook is slightly different from the screen shots in your instructions. There is (no longer?) a tab that says “Website”, instead the first option is “Website with Facebook login”.

Could this be why it doesn’t work…?

    Thank you.

You can replace “Website” with “Website with Facebook login” in the instructions. I need to update them. What do you have entered for your App Domain and Site URL? And what is the URL to where the plugin is hosted on your WordPress site? If you are using “www.” in the address on your Facebook App, try removing it.

    Hi Takanudo,

    Thanks for your ultra-fast reply!
“www.” was the problem. I removed it and everything works great!

Thanks for a great plugin! I just sent you a small donation through the PayPal link on your webpage.
