    Well, since you have put no_translate on all your link, that’s the result.

    However, this is not the place for support, read the sticky.

    I had emailed support twice with no response.

    Is it possible for the URL to be translated but not the text? As this messes up the menu structure as the text is longer in other languages, causing it to go over two rows.
