GDE having trouble finding file

Configured GDE correctly(?), uploaded my .ppt (6Mb) entered the code on the page wanting to display, turned off checking for errors and when I go to the page I get “Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source. Verify that the document still exists.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.”

and then nothing! The file is located in the uploads folder like it was set up in the GDE settings.
