    Is it working for you now? I can see the tag cloud in the footer of your page.

    yes it seems that my webmaster succeed to fix parameters.
    I don’t know it the tag size is in relationship with keywords recorded by ourselves or with vistors requests.
    The second option would be preferable.

    The size is based on usage by your authors, if you use a tag/category in a lot of posts, it will increase in size.
