uploaded to plugins directory
nothing showing in back office plugin tab
how do i install / activate?

simple-survey forum has been inactive for a couple of years and could not find a way of posting

what I am looking for is a simple survey plugin that can:

a) generate a total from scale od 1 – 5 questions
b) autorespond questions and answers back to original form fillers

any suggestions most welcome …
