Google rel author on frontpage

WP-SEO: 1.4.12
WordPress: 3.5.2

For Google+ I set “Author for homepage” to “Don’t show”
Yet it still shows.

When the front page is set to a static page the rel=author still shows.

The order and checks in the function author in frontend/class-frontend.php are incorrect.

I created a pull request on GitHub with a fix
