Modify Custom Taxonomy RSS Feed

    Looking to modify the RSS feeds for my custom taxonomies:

    mysite.com/post_type/custom_taxonomy/feed/

    Basically I need to change the query to a custom query because I want them to be displayed in a very particular order. I know I can create custom feeds but I figured I could exploit the feeds that are already there and edit them.

    Any thoughts on how to edit the feeds of only particular custom taxonomies?
