It looks like that theme is available here:
http://wpshower.com/themes/suburbia/
It may not be identical as WP.COM often modifies themes for use there. Also, you may not get much theme-specific support on these forums unless you use a theme from here http://wordpress.org/themes/ – those are really the only themes supported here. So you might want to check whether wpshower offers support for that theme if that’s a factor for you.
For general WP help, that would still be available here.
Thanks WPyogi. I thought you might say that. A second question then. I’ve used several themes (eg, Satu) and wanted to customize it. I clicked Customize, changed the colors, clicked ‘save and publish’ but nothing happened. A similar thing with the Tagebuch theme. I’ve put in the site title and tagline, but it doesn’t show up. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m not sure. Do you have any caching enabled on your site? Did you try clearing your browser cache?

I clear my browser each night and still nothing. The same thing happened with the Pachyderm theme. I wanted to change the background color from yellowish to something else, but nothing. 🙁 I’v not transferred my wordpress to my godaddy site yet so there is nothing to show you.
So are you asking about changes on the .COM site? I can’t help you with those, but it may be that you have to have the custom CSS upgrade to make some of those changes permanent.
You’ll need to ask on the WordPress.COM forums about anything to do with your site there. (You won’t have that restriction on a self-hosted site – you can changes anything you want pretty much…).
You also may need to clear your browser right after making a change – or even clear it repeatedly – browsers cache stylesheets…
