Checkout page variables not working

    I am trying to use these variables on the checkout page:

    Supported Variables: ["user_name", "order_info", "store_name", "order_id", "account_login_link", "account_downloads_link"]

    No matter what I try, I can’t get it to work. [user_name] or [“user_name”] or just plain store_name

    Please advise. thanks.
