WPMU with subdirectories

    I have installed the plugin on a WPMU with each site in subdirectories.
    I have created a GA property for example.com.
    I have created filters for each site to isolate the analytics by adding the following profiles to GA:
    – example.com/site1/
    – example.com/site2/

    After connecting to GA and assigning each profile to the corresponding site I am getting the following message on the dashboard:
    “No Analytics account selected. Double check you are authenticated with Google on Google Analyticator’s settings page and make sure an account is selected”

    When I register each site with the GA property example.com the plugin works but gives me all the stats combined not just the one for each site within the subdirectory.

    Is there a way to track profiles? or is this plugin not compatible with it?
