message from Facebook – deprecated feature

Hi there, I got the following message from Facebook, and I am not sure what I am supposed to do now: “NextScripts Blog, is currently using the following deprecated features:
Non-threaded comments. Please see the developer roadmap for more details about this change.“
Should I uninstall and reinstall? Do something on Facebook.
