Did my plugin submission work?

I just submitted a plugin on WordPress yet the plugin submission form gave no feedback or response, so I have no idea if it’s been received, went wrong or I should try again.

On completing the form (here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/add/) the form just went blank and I was left on the same page.

I did try submitting again, but got the error message the Plugin Name was already taken. Searching the plugins I couldn’t see anything with the same name, so I do not know if it was picking up my first submission or not.

I see nothing in my WordPress account page indicating I have submitted this either.

Could someone tell me the correct response I should get after submitting? Or a WordPress moderator could perhaps confirm it’s been submitted?

(I know it takes a while to process and I’m happy with that, but I dont want to keep submitting if it’s already there and/or changing the name if I don’t need to.)
