Importing XML

I’ve seen the article in the Codex, and it all seems pretty simple. But when I go to the Import section of my dashboard, I am given a list of other CNS that I am importing from. Well, I am not importing from another CMS. And searching the plugins directory didn’t provide a clear solution.

I have a “generic”* xml file that I want to import and turn into posts. Which plug in am I supposed to use for that?
