secondary menu

I’d like the items in my secondary menu to open in a new window, but I can’t find the way to do it. I’ve tried to find something related to “menu” or “secondary” in the code of every editable page, but can’t identify the way the links are shown in the pages. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
