Header Image Missing

New at this so sorry if I’m missing something obvious, but I’m having trouble getting my header image to show up. It looks fine in the preview page though.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the theme to make sure I didn’t mess anything up poking around, but still no dice. Any help much appreciated. Thanks!
