Google Spiders cache only main page

Recently I have noticed that google caches only the main page and the excerpts on it, not entire articles. Can you tell me what can I do to make google spiders go through entire articles?
At this time I have included this <meta name=”robots” content=”index,follow” > in my article. Will it help? Is there something else I can put in my articles?
